2nd RIGHT; 2017; contains the words from the BILL of RIGHTS, a child whose hands, dirty from art-making, held up in the same pose as the command: “stick ’em up”. Over the heart: a silhouette of an upside-down pistol, whose trigger attaches to “2.”
