Preceding Darkness

PRECEDING DARKNESS was made in response to society’s current ongoing malaise. Vowel sounds repeat, the camera pans across a fence World Trade Center site whose surface holds us in check, entraps us, and blocks the view of another fully dimension realm beneath it showing plant in 3D.
The fence disappears at the film’s arc, the plant jars back and forth in and out of alignment, and disappears into the darkness. What is this illusion that requires more light to see?
